“Influence is earned and should be invested wisely. It’s a currency required to get things done in complex organizations.”

– Colleen Albiston

If you’re at the top

You want a coach who has experience in the C-suite and boardroom. A partner who understands the competing demands of your stakeholders.

If you’re climbing the ladder

You want someone who has helped others advance. Someone to support you as you navigate stakeholders, build influence, and focus when everything is a priority.

Coaching Process

A Discovery Session to get acquainted and assess fit.

If we move forward – the work begins. Your first homework assignment arrives. Pre-work encourages reflection and accelerates your thinking.

Expect to set clear and achievable goals.

We’ll develop an action plan to guide our progress toward your objectives.

If your employer sponsors your coaching, we strategize on involving them to align goals with organizational objectives.

You’ll have continuous support throughout the coaching relationship. We’ll recalibrate goals or adjust the plan based on your evolving needs and circumstances.
